As you imagine their relief, your own heart naturally opens and becomes lighter. This meditation helps you settle into a grounded sense of joy that comes from seeing the good you’ve created in the world. It closes with a sense of clarity and uplift, reminding you that rejoicing is one of the quickest ways to strengthen your practice and stabilize your mind.
