Lion's Dance - 5 Rounds - Part 1

In this meditation we follow the familiar Lion’s Dance journey, but the practice becomes unique when we reach the object. Instead of stopping with the teacher’s quality or examining seed-ripening, we launch into a fully creative past-life exploration, inventing a detailed story about what we must have done in another lifetime to plant the seeds for our teacher’s best quality. This session emphasizes imaginative freedom—encouraging us to build a vivid, beautiful narrative that mirrors the goodness we see in our teacher. We then return to the present teacher with a new sense of ownership and appreciation, recognizing their quality as a message sent from our past self to our current self.
