This meditation builds on the earlier practices of keeping the body still and focusing on the space between the eyebrows. Here we deepen the method by guiding our inhale down the spine and returning the exhale out through the center of the forehead. We breathe in this way for several minutes which increases our focus and clarity. The session then expands into a visualization of oneself as the future Buddha which is hovering before us in mid-air. We imagine that we can change our outdated patterns of behavior in order to manifest a more perfect version of our personality.
